CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

▸ Overview

The CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combination is the most widely used GHRH/GHRP stack in research. CJC-1295 amplifies the magnitude of the GH pulse, while Ipamorelin triggers the release. Together they generate a synergistic pulse significantly greater than either peptide on its own.

▸ Mechanism of action

• GHRH/GHRP synergy: CJC-1295 activates the GHRH-R receptor while Ipamorelin activates GHSR-1a simultaneously.
• Dual activation produces GH pulses 2–10 times higher than either peptide alone (a synergistic, not merely additive, effect).
• CJC-1295 (DAC) provides the 'high ceiling' of release capacity; Ipamorelin 'fires' the pulse at the desired moment.
• The resulting elevated IGF-1 levels enhance protein synthesis, lipolysis and tissue regeneration in a sustained way.
• This combination is the reference standard in GH-axis research, with the best efficacy/selectivity balance available.

▸ Administration

• Subcutaneous route: each component is reconstituted separately or obtained pre-mixed.
• Injection with a fine needle in the abdomen or thigh.
